Job summary

TailorCare, Inc. seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build a scalable, secure platform. You will standardize AWS with Terraform, implement universal CI/CD, and drive observability across services.

Collaborate with product engineers to ship reliably and support on-call rotations across US time zones. You will lead blameless post-incident reviews, manage on-call hours with leadership, and ensure HIPAA-aligned controls.

Qualifications

5+ years in Software Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
Strong AWS expertise (VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3) at scale.
Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
Hands-on observability with Datadog, CloudWatch, Grafana.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and measuring DORA metrics.
Experience in HIPAA/HITRUST SOC 2 II is desired.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Standardize AWS footprint with Terraform and automate provisioning.
Build universal CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and improve DORA metrics.
Enhance observability across AWS and integrations; support SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.
Bridge SRE and software/data engineering; enable self-service tooling for developers.
