Job summary

NeuroFlow is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability of production systems, define SLOs, lead incident response, and build tooling for safe, rapid shipping across AWS, Azure, and data centers. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to elevate availability and security across the platform.

You will drive CI/CD standards, monitoring, and automation, mentor engineers, and create durable documentation that outlives personnel changes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in site reliability, DevOps, or infrastructure with end-to-end ownership.
• AWS and Azure accounts and services managed per Well-Architected Framework.
• Docker in production and Windows VM/IIS experience.
• Deep SQL/DBA expertise, including performance tuning and incident resolution.
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform) behind everything you create.
• DevOps practices, 12-Factor App, least privilege, and zero-trust principles.
• Define SLAs/SLOs, lead incident response, and conduct postmortems.
• Mentor engineers and document systems for long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Define and operate against SLOs/SLIs with stakeholders and drive release decisions.
• Run and improve SaaS monitoring, alerting, and logging (Dynatrace/New Relic/Datadog).
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production incidents.
• Lead blameless postmortems and drive root-cause fixes.
• Identify repetitive work, automate it, and document changes for resilience.
• Own core infrastructure design, testing, and safe deployment practices.
• Set reliability priorities, manage risk, and guide platform improvements.
• Collaborate with security, IT, and product teams to maintain compliance.
