Job summary

NeuroFlow in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability across production systems. You’ll set SLOs/SLIs, lead incident response, and build tooling to enable safe shipping while securing and observing across AWS, Azure, and data centers.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to define standards, automate repetitive work, and lead with scalable, IaC-driven solutions. This role demands strong SRE skills and mentoring across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in site reliability, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering with end-to-end ownership.
• Built and managed AWS and Azure resources following Well-Architected Framework.
• Experience deploying Docker-based software to production.
• Hands-on Azure, AWS, and data center work including Windows VMs/IIS.
• Deep SQL/RDBMS expertise with performance tuning.
• Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.
• DevOps, 12-Factor App, least privilege, zero-trust in real systems.
• Led cross-team requirements and defined SLAs; set and operated on SLOs.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve SLOs/SLIs; use error budgets to guide releases.
• Manage monitoring/alerting/logging stack and ensure compliance.
• Participate in on-call and incident response; drive postmortems.
• Identify repetitive work and automate; document changes for longevity.
• Design and maintain core infrastructure for rapid, safe shipping.
• Set reliability priorities; balance risk and impact across platforms.
• Guide CI/CD, testing, and safe deployment practices (canaries, rollback).
• Collaborate with security to maintain HIPAA-ready, compliant ops.
