Taskrabbit is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and elevate reliability, scalability, and operational maturity of our services. You will partner with Cloud Infrastructure, Developer Productivity, Security, and application teams to keep production systems resilient, observable, and easy to operate at scale.

You’ll own complex problems and drive durable improvements.

Competenze

• Strong SRE fundamentals with hands‑on ownership of reliability.
• Experience with SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident management.
• Production operations experience and on‑call exposure.
• Observability tooling using Datadog or OpenTelemetry.
• Hands‑on with AWS and Kubernetes in production, ideally EKS.
• Automation and deployment tooling experience (Terraform, GitOps, ArgoCD).
• Software engineering skills in TS, Ruby, or Python; strong communication.

• Improve production reliability by defining SLIs/SLOs and reducing risk.
• Strengthen observability with dashboards, alerts, and runbooks.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues end‑to‑end.
• Automate day‑to‑day toil with self‑service tooling.
• Develop AI‑powered operational workflows for incident triage.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system resilience.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and incident response.
