Job summary
Stradit LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with a strong background in production systems to advance reliability practices for applications running in production. The role entails improving observability, automation, and operational readiness across teams, with a focus on reducing production risk and improving customer experience.
The engineer will participate in design reviews, collaborate on releases, and drive incident response improvements while mentoring others in SRE best
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years in related technical roles (SRE/production engineering).
- Experience supporting business-critical apps in production.
- SRE/observability/automation or ITIL certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participate in design reviews and delivery planning to validate reliability requirements.
- Collaborate to ensure releases meet SRE standards for observability and reliability.
- Define and improve monitoring, dashboards, telemetry, and alert strategies.
- Assist in incident response and root cause analysis to reduce repeat incidents.
- Drive automation and intelligent tooling to reduce toil and improve recovery.
- Lead capacity and resiliency analyses to ensure scalable applications.
