Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to power its global financial markets infrastructure. You will ensure reliability, availability, and performance across 40+ mission-critical applications, leveraging SRE practices and modern tech like AWS, OpenShift, Kafka, IBM MQ, and distributed systems.

You will work with globally distributed teams to deliver stable, scalable services, drive operational excellence, and advance automation across trade processing platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 6–8 years supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
• Strong understanding of SRE, reliability, observability, automation and incident prevention.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, stability, and performance of mission-critical applications.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting and RCA activities.
• Drive automation and improve monitoring, alerting and observability.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network and Security teams to ensure platform reliability.
