Coforge is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer (SRE) to join our global production operations team. You will help ensure reliability, availability, and performance of mission-critical applications and platforms, working across development, infra, and platform teams.

You will manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions while supporting a 24x7 operations model. Proficiency with Splunk, OpenTelemetry, AWS, Kubernetes, and scripting will be valuable.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Tier 2/3 IT support or similar roles.
• Strong observability and log-analysis capabilities.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes architectures.
• DevOps mindset with scripting experience (Python preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide 24/7 production support for web apps running on AWS/Kubernetes environments.
• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and performance.
• Lead on-call rotations and participate in incident response.
• Develop and refine monitoring, alerts, and dashboards (Splunk, SPL, etc).
