Job summary

Ripple is seeking an experienced Senior SRE/Observability Engineer to join our Technical Operations team. You will focus on hands-on observability, reliability engineering, and coaching product teams toward higher operational maturity across Azure and AWS environments.

You will build monitoring and incident-management capabilities in a primarily Windows-based production footprint, contributing to alerting, dashboards, and runbooks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce MTTR

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps with focus on observability and production ops.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and dashboards across Azure and AWS; write NRQL queries.
• Define and implement SLOs/SLIs and error budgets; coach teams on reliability.
• Lead alert noise reduction and signal quality engineering; tune thresholds and actionable alerts.
• Develop IaC for monitoring resources; establish governance for observability infra.
• Administer Incident.IO: routing, workflows, and runbooks; ensure structured postmortems.
