Mobile Wave Solutions is seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the health, performance, and delivery of client infrastructure. You will drive reliability through automation, IaC, and modern tooling, balancing cost and performance.

You will mentor engineers, define what reliable means in concrete terms, and shape the reliability strategy using AI/AIOps to monitor, alert, and respond intelligently rather than reactively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps or Platform Engineering with end-to-end ownership
• Strong fundamentals: SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction
• Hands-on CI/CD design and operations
• IaC experience: Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation
• Cloud and container expertise: GCP/AWS/Azure, Kubernetes/Docker
• Automation scripting: Python/Go/Bash
• Observability: metrics/logging/tracing/alerting
• Applied AI/AIOps for automation and alerting
• Collaborative mindset with engineers and QA
• Experience mentoring and leading cross-team initiatives

Responsabilités

• Own and scale infrastructure with reliability and cost-efficiency as priorities
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets; quantify system behavior
• Automate toil away; implement IaC and self-healing systems
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe releases
• Collaborate with software engineers and QA on testing and deployment
• Apply AI/AIOps to monitor, alert, and remediate issues
• Lead blameless postmortems and drive systemic improvements
• Set reliability standards and mentor engineers across the team
