Litera in Denver is seeking a Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead a distributed SaaS team. The role focuses on reliability, scalability, and cost optimization across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will drive incident leadership, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and IT.

The position is hybrid in Denver with in‑office collaboration several days weekly, offering growth and AI‑driven platform improvements within a scale‑up SaaS setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years operating and troubleshooting distributed SaaS applications in hybrid environments (on‑premises + cloud).
• 2+ years SRE management leading multi‑product platforms and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing SRE team with ownership and continuous improvement.
• Improve reliability, availability, and performance of Litera’s cloud and on‑prem platforms.
• Lead incident response, major incident management, RCAs, and post‑incident improvements.
• Establish reliability metrics (SLOs/SLIs) and dashboards for visibility and decision making.
• Reduce toil via automation across runbooks, monitoring, diagnostics, infra, and support processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve observability, scalability, and operational readiness.
