Job summary

Docebo, a global AI-powered learning platform, is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer II to safeguard reliability across core services and AI-driven experiences used by millions. You’ll architect scalable platforms and partner with engineering leaders to set reliability standards.

You’ll champion observability, incident response, and capacity planning while mentoring engineers and influencing product designs to balance velocity with rock-solid stability.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience with hands-on mastery of complex distributed systems.
• Cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and IaC experience.
• Strong coding skills in at least one major language and automation focus.
• Proven incident management experience at scale.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Master the Domain: set reliability objectives (SLIs/SLOs) and roadmaps for core services.
• Tackle High-Stakes Incidents: lead cross-service incident responses during outages.
• Architect Resilient Futures: drive company-wide reliability patterns and deployment safety.
• Elevate Observability: build and refine advanced observability tools.
• Champion Engineering Balance: balance feature velocity with rock-solid reliability.
• Empower the Team: mentor senior engineers and assist in recruiting.
