Job summary

Deloitte Technology Product Engineering seeks an Applied AI Site Reliability Engineer III to design and drive reliability, performance, and cost outcomes across high‑visibility AI workloads and cloud platforms.

You will own SLOs, implement advanced observability, and lead blameless postmortems while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver resilient, scalable systems in production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software and site reliability engineering experience in large‑scale, cloud‑native systems.
• Proficiency with Python, Go, Java, C#, and scripting.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability stacks, and cloud platforms.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to commute to local office.

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability, performance, and cost outcomes with SLOs and error budgets.
• Lead design of observability, performance testing, and operational tooling.
• Own admission of systems into production with gating on reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and partners to uphold production standards.
