Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Site Reliability team. You will design, build, and ship SRE platform systems and capabilities that other engineering teams depend on, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and AI-powered improvements.

You will own from integration to adoption, handle livesite incidents, drive postmortems, and collaborate across teams to embed best practices into systems, aiming to reduce customer impact and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of architecting large-scale distributed applications.
• Experience building internal platforms adopted by multiple teams.
• Ability to drive adoption by writing integrations and removing friction.
• Experience building AI-powered applications in production.
• Proficiency in OO languages and strong CS fundamentals.
• Familiarity with agile, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud and Kubernetes is required.
• Experience with databases such as Azure SQL, CosmosDB, MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and build SRE platform systems with AI, as shared services.
• Participate in livesite monitoring, escalations, and postmortems.
• Drive availability, scalability, and performance improvements.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, quality, and performance targets.
• Onboard other teams by driving integrations and reducing friction.
• Ship early, seek feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Lead task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.
• Influence process improvements across the engineering org.
