Job summary

Juniper Square seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer II to scale our infrastructure and reliability practices. You’ll own reliability and observability for your teams, work hands-on with Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD, and partner with 16+ teams to roll out standards and automation.

Be proactive: fix problems, work across teams, and use AI tools to speed delivery. You’ll collaborate with a Staff-level architect and leadership, while driving execution and cross‑team rollout.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience as a Senior SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Experience at high-growth SaaS companies enabling fast delivery and ownership.
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), GitHub Actions, Terraform, CI/CD, Helm/Argo.
• Postgres and DocumentDB (Mongo) experience in RDS/Aurora.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across engineering teams.
• Experience applying AI in coding, debugging, or design workflows.
• Preferred: Crossplane and Datadog.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and observability across the organization with SLAs/SLOs.
• Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes infra and core AWS services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo/Helm).
• Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane) across teams.
• Partner with 16+ teams to roll out standards, tools, and processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident root-cause analysis.
• Use AI tools daily to work faster and help others.
• Represent SRE's perspective in planning with engineering leadership.
