Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III for a 12+ month contract in Pennington, NJ (08534). The role is hybrid—3 days in the office—with responsibilities spanning platform observability, reliability improvements, and cloud migration efforts in collaboration with Quartz core teams.

Strong Linux, MySQL, and IaC skills are essential to drive production readiness and reduce operational risk.

Qualifications

Strong MySQL/database skills.
Deep Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
Infrastructure engineering and automation background.
Experience with Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.
Observability and monitoring experience (Dynatrace preferred).
Experience working in large-scale production environments.
Azure and/or AWS cloud experience.
SRE, Reliability Engineering, and DevOps practices.
OpenTelemetry and modern observability tools.
Infrastructure-as-Code and automation frameworks.
Financial Services / Trading Platform experience - preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate hands-on across the stack to improve platform observability and reliability.
Drive reliability improvements and deliver measurable gains in operational efficiency across Global Markets.
Collaborate with Quartz core teams to modernize platform and migrate to Cloud; harden production systems.
Evolve support tooling to maintain execution velocity and reduce operational risk.
Ensure Quartz meets reliability and performance objectives.
