Job summary

Stradit LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to advance SRE practices for production applications. Hybrid work model with locations in Jersey City, NJ and Dallas, TX. The role focuses on reliability, observability, recovery, automation, and operational readiness across cross-functional teams.

The candidate will influence design, validate reliability requirements, and drive measurable improvements by reducing production risk and improving customer experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience across application support engineering, sitereliability engineering, production support, or application operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design reviews and planning to define and validate reliability requirements across resiliency, observability, fault tolerance, performance, and disaster recovery.
• Define and improve monitoring, telemetry coverage, dashboards, and alert strategies to strengthen outage detection and incident response.
• Assist in major incident response and root cause analysis by identifying observability gaps and driving actions to reduce repeat incidents.
• Drive automation and intelligent tooling to reduce toil and scale operational support.
• Lead capacity, performance, workload trend, and resiliency analyses to ensure scalable applications.
