Quantum Technologies LLC is hiring an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Phoenix, AZ to strengthen observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting across our systems.

You will work with OTEL, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK, building dashboards, centralizing logs, and integrating monitoring into CI/CD pipelines. Strong scripting in Python/Bash is essential, with cloud native observability on GCP.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Strong skills with OTEL, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK.
• Experience building monitoring dashboards, logs, traces, and alerts.
• Automation scripting in Python, Bash, and Shell; CI/CD tooling.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions.
• Build dashboards and configure alerts for app and infra health.
• Implement centralized logging and distributed tracing.
• Use OpenTelemetry to improve system visibility.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, and Shell.
• Support proactive monitoring and identify reliability issues early.
• Integrate monitoring tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve reliability.
