Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to fortify observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting across our systems. You will work with OTEL, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK to improve reliability and performance.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, centralized logging, proactive reliability engineering, and CI/CD automation using Python, Bash, and Shell scripts.

Qualifications

• SRE, Observability, Monitoring, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with OTEL, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK.
• Experience building monitoring dashboards, logging, distributed tracing, and alerting solutions.
• Hands-on with synthetic monitoring and proactive reliability engineering.
• Python, Bash, and Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of GCP Cloud Monitoring and cloud-native observability tools.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Agile/Scrum, and incident management processes.
