Job summary

Supio is seeking a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer to shape and scale our reliability layer. You will own the release pipeline end-to-end—managing daily releases, weekly deploys, and hotfixes—while automating infrastructure, monitoring, and GitHub workflows.

This is a software engineering role embedded in a DevOps culture, with autonomy and impact. You’ll work with engineers, product leads, and leadership to ensure uptime, speed, and confidence in every deploy, with strong coding fundamentals

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in SRE/DevOps with production ownership.
• Started in software development and still enjoys coding.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments from daily rollouts to weekly deploys and hotfix coordination.
• Manage GitHub branching, PR flows, merge policies, and Actions.
• Build and maintain AWS-based infrastructure with observability, alarms, and incident response.
• Write scripts and tooling to reduce friction and improve deployment confidence, incorporating AI-assisted outputs.
• Contribute code when needed to improve reliability and unblock deployments.
• Support offshore teams and maintain deployment velocity across time zones.
