Job summary

Supio is an AI platform for law firms reshaping how data drives insights. A hands-on Site Reliability Engineer will own the release pipeline end-to-end, automate infrastructure, monitor systems, and collaborate with engineers and leadership to ensure uptime and fast, safe deployments.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strong software fundamentals, and a culture of rapid, reliable shipping across Seattle and San Francisco in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles with production ownership.
• Started your career in software development — and still enjoy writing code.
• Fluent in Bash, Python, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong AWS experience with EC2, Lambda, RDS, IAM, and VPCs.
• Experience with GitHub workflows, including Actions and release automation.
• Comfort with AI tools to generate code and audit for production standards.
• Familiar with CI/CD principles and owning the full deployment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments from daily rollouts to weekly deploys and hotfix coordination.
• Manage GitHub branching strategies, PR flows, merge policies, and Actions; set collaboration standards.
• Build and maintain AWS-based infrastructure; set up observability and incident response.
• Write scripts and tooling to reduce friction and improve deployment confidence; guide AI-assisted outputs into production workflows.
• Contribute code when needed to build internal tools and improve reliability.
• Support offshore teams and maintain deployment velocity across time zones.
