Job summary

Supio is seeking an hands-on Site Reliability Engineer to own the release pipeline end-to-end, automate infrastructure, and improve observability in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will manage daily releases, weekly deploys, and hotfixes, work with engineers and leadership to ensure uptime and confidence in every deployment, and contribute code when needed to boost reliability.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure with production ownership.
• Experience writing code and software fundamentals.
• Fluent with Bash, Python, TypeScript, and Postgres SQL.
• Strong AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, RDS, IAM, VPCs).
• Proficient with GitHub workflows and release automation.
• Comfortable using AI tools to generate and audit production code.
• Familiar with CI/CD and full deployment lifecycle.
• Willing to be on-call and design for speed and safety.

Responsibilities

• Own Deployments: Lead release and deployment processes from daily rollouts to weekly deploys and hotfix coordination.
• GitHub Operations: Manage GitHub branching, PR flows, merge policies, and GitHub Actions.
