Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help build and scale a cloud-native SaaS platform. You will collaborate with software engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, DevOps, and product teams to improve reliability and security across services.

You will drive IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, and lead incident response and post-incident reviews to reduce toil and improve resilience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SRE/Platform/DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• 3+ years in designing and supporting large-scale cloud environments.
• 3+ years in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• 3+ years with AWS services (EKS, EC2, VPC, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Define SLOs/SLIs/SLAs for critical services and measure them.
• Build self-service platform capabilities for dev teams.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Develop observability dashboards and reliability reporting.
