Job summary

Counterpart Health is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, deploy, and manage a scalable infra platform that supports domestic and international workloads. You will improve pipelines, cluster management, and service monitoring while partnering with engineers, data scientists, and tech professionals to reduce toil and enhance reliability.

You should excel in automation, have strong Linux and networking fundamentals, and be comfortable working in a remote-first

Qualifications

• 5+ years of programming experience in modern infrastructure environments.
• Experience with container orchestration and declarative infrastructure.
• Proficient in at least one of Python, Go, or Shell Scripting.
• Experience with CNCF technologies and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong networking, Linux admin, monitoring, and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build systems for declarative lifecycle management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and respond to alerts.
• Lead and align SRE goals with company objectives.
• Foster collaboration and high-performance culture across teams.
• Automate infrastructure processes including database changes.
