Job summary

Transformcap is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to take ownership of operational lifecycles for cloud-native infrastructure. You will influence platform architecture and improve reliability standards across systems critical to healthcare data.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in SRE, strong skills in GCP and Terraform, and a commitment to communication and compliance in regulated environments. We offer a supportive culture prioritizing both employee well-being and job transparency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering with production systems.
• Strong Linux systems administration, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with GCP, Terraform, and observability platforms.
• Strong communication skills in regulated environments.
