Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE engineer to help maintain and optimize our cloud platforms and SaaS infrastructure. The role focuses on incident management, CI/CD, and implementing modern automation across Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability practices.

You will collaborate with Engineering to ensure reliability and availability while adopting cutting-edge technologies to improve operations and security posture.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years as a DevOps/SRE engineer with focus on reliability at service level.
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining SQL and NoSQL data platforms.
• Strong Linux internals knowledge and troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Gain Cloud Experience by optimizing cloud platform infrastructure.
• Manage Incidents with established processes to minimize service impact.
• Implement CI/CD and deployment configurations using Terraform and Helm.
• Continuously evaluate new tech and implement where appropriate.
• Participate in on-call rotations with DevOps teams for production SaaS reliability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve operability and availability of services.
