Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the availability and health of critical CI/CD services. You will develop platform automation, drive incident response, and analyze metrics for performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale production SRE or infrastructure environments.
• 3+ years leveraging AI-assisted workflows to improve engineering efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Bazel, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes and data infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Own availability and health of key services within CICD environment.
• Build software and systems to manage platform infra and deployments.
• Lead on-call and incident postmortems with blameless reviews.
• Analyze metrics for performance tuning and root-cause analysis.
• Lead design discussions, readiness reviews, and capacity planning.
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows into team processes.
