CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer for our USA-based remote team. You will own availability of CICD services, build platform infrastructure, and drive automation across deployment workflows at scale.

You will mentor engineers, analyze metrics for performance, and help mature capacity planning while integrating AI-powered efficiency improvements and security-first practices into daily work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in large-scale production SRE or infrastructure environments.
• 3+ years AI-assisted workflow integration to boost efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools, IaC, and monitoring platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes and data infrastructure at scale.
• Security-first mindset and ability to work across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Own availability and health of CICD services within the platform.
• Build software to manage platform infra and automate deployments.
• On-call responsibility and postmortems to root cause.
• Analyze metrics for performance tuning and reliability.
• Lead design reviews, readiness reviews, and capacity planning.
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows into team processes.
• Mentor junior engineers in code reviews and retrospectives.
• Evaluate emerging tech and guide roadmap alignment.
• Create automated reporting on service health and compliance.
• Provide guidance on cross-team reliability improvements.
• Support Embedded SRE partnerships with services teams.
