CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the availability and health of the internal CICD environment, scale Kubernetes deployments, and drive automation for platform infrastructure. You will lead on-call operations, perform blameless postmortems, and mentor engineers.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for CJIS clearance (U.S. citizenship or Green Card).
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale production SRE or infrastructure environments.
• 3+ years of experience leveraging AI-assisted workflows to increase engineering efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, IaC provisioning, source code management, and monitoring/observability platforms.
• Experience deploying and scaling Kubernetes and data infrastructure at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own availability and health of CICD environment and platform services.
• Build software to manage platform infra and automate deployments.
• Lead on-call and drive incident response with blameless postmortems.
• Analyze OS and app metrics for performance tuning and root cause analysis.
• Lead system design discussions, production readiness reviews, and capacity planning.
• Evaluate AI-assisted workflows and help teams adopt them.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers in code review and incident retrospectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide roadmap-aligned recommendations.
• Build automated reporting on service health and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to drive cross-team reliability improvements.
