Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the AI Agents & Automation team.

You will design, build, and maintain observability dashboards, runbooks, and AI-driven automation that reduces manual SRE work while ensuring reliability across our cloud deployments. You will operate our Kubernetes-based compute platform, collaborate with product engineering, and define performance, scalability, and availability requirements.

Qualifications

• Kubernetes expertise with hands-on experience in reliability.
• Experience with AI-native SRE practices and autonomous agents.
• Strong understanding of SLIs, SLOs and error budgets.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call rotation and resolve production issues using runbooks.
• Design and maintain observability dashboards and alerts based on SLIs/SLOs.
• Operate and improve the Kubernetes-based compute platform and cloud networking.
