Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Site Reliability & Infrastructure Engineering team. The role focuses on reliability and health of our cloud-based applications, building signals to detect issues, and creating scalable, cost-efficient systems as we grow.

You’ll design dashboards, manage on-call rotations, and improve our Kubernetes-based platform across AWS/Azure. Collaboration with product teams, strong coding skills, and experience with distributed systems

Qualifications

Kubernetes: strong hands-on understanding of Kubernetes as a system.
SRE principles: practical experience with SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
Cloud engineering & networking: knowledge of AWS or Azure, networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Participate in on-call rotations and diagnose production issues using runbooks.
Design, build, and maintain observability dashboards and alerting (SLIs/SLOs).
Operate and improve the Kubernetes-based compute platform.
Collaborate with product teams to review architecture decisions before shipping.
Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce toil.
Document runbooks and on-call knowledge for broad sharing.
