Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Site Reliability who will design and build AI-powered platform systems used across the company. You will own reliability, scalability, and performance improvements, driving architectural changes and cross-team integrations to deliver robust services.

You will mentor teams, participate in livesite monitoring, and help advance DevOps practices in a fast-moving, globally distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of architecting and engineering large-scale applications.
• Experience building internal platforms adopted by multiple teams.
• Ability to drive adoption by writing integrations and removing friction.
• Experience building AI-powered applications in production.
• Proficiency in OO languages (C#, C++, Go, Python).
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and cloud programming.
• Experience with service-oriented and microservice architectures, HTTP and web services.
• Familiarity with agile, CI/CD, and DevOps; able to work with distributed teams.
• Experience with production Kubernetes infrastructure and cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design and build SRE platform systems and AI-powered capabilities as product-ready services.
• Participate in livesite monitoring rotations and drive effective postmortems.
• Improve availability, scalability and performance based on live data and best practices.
• Ensure deliverables meet reliability and quality expectations and drive architectural changes.
• Onboard other teams by driving integrations and removing friction, not just docs.
• Ship early, seek feedback, and iterate to reduce user friction and improve adoption.
• Lead task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing for initiatives.
• Contribute to engineering process improvements and best practices across teams.
