Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to combine deep infrastructure expertise with an AI-driven operations approach. You will maintain the reliability, scalability, and performance of Java-based applications while pioneering LLM agents and autonomous automation.

You will design and build AI agents, integrate with Kubernetes, Grafana, Jira, Slack, PagerDuty, and implement guardrails and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps with production-grade systems.
• Strong knowledge of JVM, Java-based apps helpful.
• Experience with AI/ML tooling in operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of high‑traffic Java apps.
• Build and operate AI-driven observability and automation.
• Develop agentic AI workflows and tool-calling capabilities.
• Manage incident response and post‑mortems.
• Collaborate with DevOps, data/ML teams to improve reliability.
