Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced software developer in P&C to lead development and support of a key core system. You will work with business stakeholders across the company to solve tickets and enable ongoing development and use of the system.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SQL experience with complex queries, stored procedures, and data modeling.
• 4+ years of full-stack development, preferably C#/.NET.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and system integrations.
• Proficiency with Jira; knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in build.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and support of a core software system for an enterprise.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve tickets and implement solutions.
• Manage production applications across database, backend API, and web front-end.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and internal teams during upgrades and migrations.
