Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced developer to lead the design, development, and support of a core software system used across the organization. You will work directly with business stakeholders to resolve tickets and advance ongoing development and system utilization.

The role requires strong SQL, C#/.NET, REST API design, and production ownership across database and front-end components. Collaboration with IT and external vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SQL experience including queries and stored procedures.
• Ability to write, tune, and troubleshoot complex queries against production system database and relational data modeling.
• 4+ years of full-stack software development experience preferably with C#/.net.
• Experience owning production applications spanning database, back-end API, and web front-end.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and system integrations.
• Proficiency with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Jira; ServiceNow is ideal.
• Familiarity with AI prompts or AI coding assistants in daily development.
