Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC, a premier national IT staffing firm, seeks an experienced developer in the P&C domain to lead development and support of a core software system. You will work with business stakeholders to address tickets and advance ongoing development and utilization of the system.

The role requires strong SQL, C#/.NET, REST API design, and enterprise CI/CD experience, with a focus on quality, security, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SQL experience with queries and stored procedures
• Experience tuning complex queries on production databases and data modeling
• 4+ years full-stack development, preferably C#/.NET
• Ownership of production applications across DB, back-end API and front-end
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrations
• Proficiency with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Jira and ideally ServiceNow
• Familiarity with enterprise AI concepts and AI coding assistants
• Experience with data migration, UAT, or major upgrades a plus

• Lead the development and support of a key core software system for P&C in a fast-growing enterprise
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to solve tickets and drive ongoing development
• Interface with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve problems
