Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced software developer to lead and support a core enterprise system. The role focuses on SQL-heavy development, C#/.NET stack, REST API design, and production troubleshooting.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, manage tickets, and contribute to data migrations and post-go-live support. Strong communication and vendor coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strong SQL experience including queries and stored procedures.
• 4+ years full-stack development experience with C#/.NET.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Jira and ticketing systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• Ability to troubleshoot production applications and determine root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with internal IT teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and support of a core software system in a fast-growing enterprise environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across the company to resolve tickets and drive ongoing development.
• Assist with data migration, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare as needed.
