Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced developer to lead the development and support of a core software system. You will work with business stakeholders across the company to resolve tickets and drive ongoing development and improvements to the system.

The role requires strong SQL and full-stack C#/.NET experience, plus expertise in REST APIs, CI/CD, and working with Jira and ServiceNow in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SQL experience with queries and stored procedures.
• Ability to write, tune, and troubleshoot complex production system queries and data modeling.
• 4+ years full-stack development in C#/.NET.
• Ownership of production applications spanning database, back-end API, and front-end.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and building system integrations.
• Proficiency with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI prompts or AI coding assistants in daily development.
