Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an experienced developer to lead the development and support of a core P&C software system within a fast-growing enterprise. You will work directly with business stakeholders to triage tickets, design solutions, and drive ongoing enhancements and system usage.

The role demands strong SQL, C#/.NET, REST API design, and production system ownership across database, API, and frontend components. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SQL experience including queries and stored procedures.
• Ability to write, tune, and troubleshoot complex production queries and relational data modeling.
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience with C#/NET.
• Experience owning production applications across database, API, and front-end.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow.
• Experience with AI prompts or AI coding assistants in daily development.
• Experience with enterprise AI/LLM concepts such as prompt engineering and hosted model APIs.
• Experience with data migration, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Ability to interface with IT teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.
