The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of SPW-related experience and a degree in construction management or a related field, with OSHA 30 certification and strong communication skills to document progress and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree or higher in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SPW field engineering or construction management experience.
• OSHA 30 required; completion within 6 months of hire.
• Preferred ASHE, CHC or related certifications.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily SPW field activities and ensures quality control per project plans.
• Plans and assigns SPW crews; develops weekly work plans and schedules.
• Maintains safety protocols; participates in site inspections and audits.
