Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Self-Perform Work (SPW) Construction Manager to lead a team of SPW professionals in Kentucky. You will direct end-to-end SPW execution, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure project alignment with schedules, quality standards, and budgets.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 7 years of construction experience, and OSHA 30 certification. This role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and financial stewardship to deliver complex

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of SPW project individuals to achieve exceptional performance and talent development.
• Oversees end-to-end execution of self-perform work scopes with SPW project teams, monitoring progress and addressing escalated issues.
• Oversees procurement of SPW-specific materials, equipment, and specialty trade subcontractors as needed.
• Communicates SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with advanced SPW knowledge.
• Evaluates SPW project performance and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews SPW project documentation for compliance, reporting, and cost forecasting to support financial control.
