The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, about 7 years in construction engineering or project engineering, and OSHA 30 certification (preferred with 6-month completion).

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops SPW project teams to achieve exceptional performance.
• Oversees end-to-end execution of self-perform work scopes with SPW teams.
• Oversees procurement of SPW materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
• Communicates SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Evaluates SPW project performance and implements corrective actions.
• Manages project costs, forecasting, and financial controls.
