Job summary

The Music Center, Los Angeles County's premier performing arts destination, is seeking a Program Senior Coordinator to plan and implement Spotlight programs for high school students. You will coordinate auditions, classes, outreach, and the Grand Finale, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for participants.

Work closely with the Spotlight team, educators, and partners while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in program coordination, arts administration, education, youth programming, or events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use education/program management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate year-round Spotlight programming, auditions, classes, and events.
• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for students, families, educators, and partners.
• Communicate with participants via email and phone with timely information.
