Job summary

Spotlight Events, Inc. is seeking a Show Director to serve as the on-stage representative, presenting awards and hosting interviews at Spotlight Dance Cup and LEAP National Dance Competition.

Travel and live-event readiness are essential as you engage with dancers, clients and judges across multiple events. You will lead the judging panel, coordinate award processes, and ensure energy and professionalism that reflect the Spotlight brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as host, emcee, or presenter for live events.
• Excellent public speaking and stage presence required.
• Knowledge of competitive performing arts environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-stage host, presenting awards and conducting interviews.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for dancers, clients and attendees.
• Deliver exceptional client relations with empathy and professionalism.
• Oversee the judging panel and ensure adherence to competition rules.
• Prepare and review award reports ahead of ceremonies.
• Support overall event flow and maintain efficiency and quality.
