You will work closely with the Announcer and Sales Associates to ensure a seamless experience for dancers, clients, and attendees. Qualifications

• Background in dance, theatre, or performing arts.
• Teaching or performance experience helpful.
• Familiarity with awards coordination or customer-facing event roles.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Dedication to the value of the arts and the competitive dance industry.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct backstage flow, manage awards preparation, and coordinate ceremonies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to dancers, parents, and studio staff.
• Maintain backstage cleanliness and safety in dressing areas.
• Foster positive client relationships and a relaxed backstage environment.
• Prepare and organize awards for ceremonies throughout the weekend.
• Facilitate awards presentations on stage and distribute trophies.
• Assist with show flow and sales support during peak times.
• Teach short jazz combinations to dancers on stage; engage the audience.
