Job summary

Hyve is seeking a Senior Sponsorship Operations Manager for LegalTechTalk USA in New York. You will own sponsorship delivery, collaborate with sales, retailer & brand teams, and coordinate on-site activations at major events with travel required.

Reporting to the VP Operations, Global Ventures, you will manage sponsor inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships, while building top-level sponsor partnerships and ensuring a premium attendee experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of event management experience with sponsors & exhibit ops.
• Ability to communicate with senior-level executives.
• Extremely strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience building and managing spreadsheets and data merges.
• Analytical, quick-thinking logistics expertise.
• Strong focus on quality and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask in a fast-changing environment.
• Interest in learning about the Ed-Tech industries.
• Availability to work hybrid up to 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of sponsor partnerships at the show with sales, retailer & brand, and attendee experience teams.
• Build relationships with top sponsors.
• Develop and maintain processes for sponsorship delivery; coordinate vendors, venues, and activations onsite.
• Manage sponsorship inventory with the VP of Event Operations to ensure budget alignment and growth.
• Support the Meetup Program execution.
• Update sponsorship operations budget and provide weekly updates to the finance team.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to update and manage the show floor during the cycle.
• Be the main point of contact for the sales team during the show cycle and onsite.
• Manage delivery of sponsored features and activations from RFP to onsite build.
