Job summary

Hyve’s LegalTechTalk USA is seeking a Senior Sponsorship Operations Manager to lead sponsorship delivery at our Miami-based event. You will work with sales, retailer & brand teams, manage sponsor activations, and coordinate with venues and vendors, traveling as required.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, Global Ventures, you’ll build sponsor relationships, refine processes, and oversee budgets, ensuring high-quality experiences for sponsors and attendees at the show.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of event sponsorship or exhibit operations experience.
• Ability to communicate with senior-level executives.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Experience building and managing budgets and data merges.
• Willingness to travel and work hybrid schedule.
• Interest in Ed-Tech industry.
• Hybrid work up to 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of sponsor partnerships at the show.
• Build relationships with top sponsors.
• Develop and implement sponsorship processes and workflows.
• Manage sponsorship inventory with budget alignment.
• Support Meetup Program execution.
• Provide weekly sponsorship updates to finance.
• Coordinate show floor updates with VP Operations.
• Be main point of contact for sales during show cycle.
• Oversee delivery of sponsored features from RFP to onsite build.
