Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
• Understanding of modern security frameworks (SIEM, SOAR) and/or observability principles (APM, infrastructure monitoring).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms or log management solutions

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical lead during the sales cycle, conducting high-level discovery sessions with manufacturing clients.
• Design and architect Splunk deployments for unified visibility across IT, cloud, and digital systems.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and POC engagements highlighting real-time threat detection and full-stack observability.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Product Management, and Professional Services to align Splunk capabilities with customer roadmaps.
• Present at industry conferences and internal forums on cyber resilience and data analytics in digital transformation.
• Create reusable technical assets and demo environments tailored to enterprise security and observability use cases.
