Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel seeks a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead patient care within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will guide a team, deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy, and mentor colleagues while coordinating with other departments to optimize recovery outcomes.

Competenze

• Current state licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification completed (or in process where allowed).
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum two years of speech-language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or related specialty certifications.

Mansioni

• Provide direct care to patients and build meaningful therapeutic relationships.
• Lead and mentor team members while collaborating with other departments.
• Assist with in-service education and student programs for SLPs.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes throughout care.
