Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped Certification (T.S.H.H.) or Teacher of Students with Speech and Language disabilities (T.S.S.L.D.).
• Master's degree (M.A./M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed by New York State and certified as a CCC-SLP.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs).
• Support IEP goal implementation in classrooms and therapy sessions.
• Coach and mentor clinical staff; conduct case consultations and fidelity monitoring.
• Assess and select communication modalities and AAC tools.
• Analyze service delivery data to improve quality and effectiveness of services.
• Lead staff performance evaluations and ensure regulatory compliance.
