The role requires 8+ years of experience, a NAAB‑accredited degree, and proficiency with MasterSpec, SpecLink Cloud, and MS Office. Mentors staff, supports sustainability goals, and manages multiple projects in a fast‑paced office.

Qualifications

• Must have NAAB-accredited Architecture degree.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Proficient with MasterSpec, SpecLink Cloud, and MS Office.
• Strong written and oral communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Produces project manuals utilizing MasterSpec, SpecLink Cloud, Word, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Manages multiple projects and deadlines across phases and deliveries.
• Coordinates manual efforts of all disciplines and consultants.
• Reviews drawings to ensure complete, coordinated specifications and suggests improvements.
• Develops and updates office master specifications; emphasizes sustainability content.
• Maintains awareness of industry standards and resources.
• Participates in meetings; mentors emerging professionals and peers.
• Develops vendor relationships and supports client sustainability goals.
• Performs other related duties as required.
